About EnerAid
EnerAid, Energy for Good, provides mobile energy support to Ukraine. We coordinate purchasing, delivery and follow up of generators, portable power stations and other energy equipment for civilian organisations and defence units.
From an open home to energy support
The work began in February 2022 when Ulrica Schillström and her husband Mikael opened their home to families from Ukraine. Neighbours, friends and volunteers formed a growing network collecting and sending essential supplies.
When the first generators arrived, the need became clear. The work developed into fundraising, purchasing equipment in larger quantities and coordinating deliveries through contacts in Sweden, Poland and Ukraine.
EnerAid was registered as a nonprofit association on 19 September 2025. More than a thousand energy units have been sent to Ukraine through this work since 2022.
The people behind the work
Ulrica Schillström is the founder and operational lead. The board comprises Maria Björklund, chair, Olha Lukasevych, treasurer, and Ulrica Schillström, secretary. Board members serve without remuneration.
Volunteers, donors and partners contribute funding, time, transport and expertise.
How support is used
Donations contribute to equipment and the work required to deliver it, including transport, customs handling, project coordination, reporting and follow up. Each donation package explains what is included.
The preparedness shop offers products for your own use and helps fund EnerAid’s work. Donating to Ukraine and buying equipment for yourself are different ways to contribute.
Transparency and reporting
We document purchases and deliveries and request confirmation from recipients. Images and stories are shared when safety and privacy allow. Some information cannot be made public, and reports may be completed after delivery.
